Enhanced VG titers when used with pPLUS® AAV-Helper
pPLUS® AAV-RC are RepCap plasmids engineered for AAV production and providing a strong performance when used in combination with pPLUS® AAV-Helper and FectoVIR®-AAV. The use of pPLUS® AAV2 packaging system leads to a 1.6-to-2.4-fold increase in VG vs competitors. The use of pPLUS® AAV6 packaging system leads to a 1.4-to-2.9-fold increase in VG vs competitors.
Enhanced infectivity when used with pPLUS® AAV-Helper
The use of pPLUS® AAV2 packaging system leads to a 1.8-to-5.7-fold increase in TU vs competitors.
The use of pPLUS® AAV6 packaging system leads to a 1.6-to-2.4-fold increase in TU vs competitors.
