General terms & conditions are applying to the purchase of Polyplus-transfection S.A. and / or its affiliates’ products and services (all together referred to as “Polyplus Group” or “Entities of Polyplus Group” and shall be applicable both to the singular and plural forms). Please refer in such case to our General Terms & Conditions section.

Intellectual property

The Site is owned and operated by Polyplus-transfection S.A. The presentation and each of the elements, including trademarks, logos, symbols, graphics, text documents and domain names appearing on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and (i) are owned by Entities of Polyplus Group or (ii) are owned by third parties and are subject to an appropriate authorization of use granted to Entities of Polyplus Group by their owners.

No material from the Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, distorted, translated, encoded, transmitted or distributed in any manner or in any medium, in part or in whole, without the express prior written consent of Polyplus-transfection S.A. The Site and its content shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of France, regardless of any choice of law principles and provisions of The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods which are expressly excluded. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site and/or its content shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Paris (France).
