To all Polyplus-transfection customers based in the UK,

As a valued Polyplus-transfection customer, we wanted to let you know that Polyplus-transfection is continuing to review the situation closely regarding the changes in status between the UK and the EU, following the end of the Brexit transition period on 31st December 2020. This mirrors our efforts to manage the COVID-19 outbreak throughout 2020.

The completion of the transition period will mean changes in travelling and moving goods between the UK and EU. Currently, it remains unclear whether there will be an agreement between both parties, and what this will look like. This will affect supply chains in every industry, and, as things currently stand, the life science sector, and specifically viral vector and protein production is no exception. As a result, Polyplus-transfection will continue to prepare for every eventuality for 2021.

Whilst the talks continue between the EU and UK, we will continue to plan for each eventuality. If, and when clarity is provided by either party, we will continue to update our customers with relevant updates.

If you have any further queries, Polyplus-transfection would be delighted to speak to you to ensure we can collectively work to continue to meet demand and expectations throughout this period. Please contact us.

Many thanks for your ongoing support.
